Lead Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on where in the US you're located. Lead times may vary during peak/seasonal periods.

Shipping Methods

We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight orders.

Shipping Regions

This store serves wholesale customers across the United States. Our U.S. inventory is stocked at our Florida warehouse and shipped to wholesale customers nationwide, so there are no customs fees or import charges for you to pay. Because you're buying domestically, there's no customs process, import duties, or FDA paperwork on your end. We handle all of that ourselves before products reach our warehouse.

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. You can also view order status from your account dashboard.

Damaged or Missing Items

Report any shipping issues within 14 days of delivery (or as required by applicable US law, if longer) to info@swedishconfect.com. We take full responsibility for damage, incorrect items, or packing errors on our end and will ship replacement product at no cost to you.
