Account Approval

All wholesale pricing and ordering is restricted to approved business accounts. We verify business details (registration/tax ID, business address) before granting access. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.

Minimum Order

We keep minimum orders low, so you can start with a small trial order and scale up as you grow. Products are sold by the case; case sizes are listed on each product.

Pricing

Wholesale prices are visible only to approved accounts and are subject to change without notice. Volume-based pricing is available for special orders at significant volume. Contact us to discuss a custom quote.

Payment Terms

New wholesale accounts pay at time of order; your first shipment goes out once payment is received. Once approved for terms, you can pay by invoice with Net 30 payment terms. Accepted payment methods include credit card, wire transfer, and more.

Shipping & Lead Times

Standard lead time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on where in the US you're located. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Report damaged or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery to info@swedishconfect.com (or as required by applicable US law, if longer). If the issue was on our end (damaged in transit, an incorrect item, or a packing error), we take full responsibility and will ship replacement product at no cost to you.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We will notify you of any substitutions or backorders as soon as possible.
